The lift is exposed to a highly corrosive environment as such it can be unreliable.

Always carry a mobile phone when in the lift.

If there is an issue with operation the lift can be lower manually by another person accessing the control cabinet in the laundry

The most likely cause of the lift not working is corroded contacts on the upstairs door post

Feel free to use the lift for luggage firewood etc. Do not load the lift with any metal objects that could scratch glass or panels.

For the safety of children it is best they only use if with adult supervision

There should be adequate linen to make the beds/bathrooms up with fresh linen on leaving First Break

Feel free to take the linen home for washing and drying

There is a short hose located in the rain water tank. 50 minutes should dispense enough water to cover all the jets.

Weigh the grinds.

Single = 24 grams (including the container)

Double = 30 grams (including the container)

Extraction

Purge the hot water through the basket of choice i.e. single of double

Dry and load grinds

Extraction should take between 20 and 40 seconds and should yield between two and two and half times the ginds i.e. 24 g with container = 12 g grinds = 24-30g extraction

30 g with container = 18 g grinds = 36-45g extraction

Spinning Milk

Regulate the pressure through the wand by rotating the valve anti clockwise

Purge wand after use.

Empty waste tray before it is full or at the end of stay.

If unsure about use best to leave it for other guests

Blinds in the living areas can be raised by pressing all on the relative remote

Most of the time there is a high pressure water cleaner located in the garage.

Plug an extension lead into the outlet next to the water heater downstairs

Hang the lead over the eastern side of the spa fence

Plug the yellow water hose into the tap located under the outdoor shower.

Pass the hose under the fence.

Connect power, water and 6 meter boom. Extend the boom by depressing each of the ?? on the boom.

Ensure power and water are turned on at the outlets before turning the power on at the machine.
